Biography

Uche Anyanwagu completed his medical degree in Nigeria, where his also enrolled for a residency programme in Public Health before moving to the United Kingdom for his second Masters degree in Applied Epidemiology under the Commonwealth Scholarship. He recently completed his PhD in Clinical Epidemiology at the University of Nottingham, UK. Uche’s interest is in Clinical Epidemiology and Primary Health Care and he has published extensively on Insulin use in Type 2 diabetes. He is a member to many professional bodies, including the editorial boards of many international peer-reviewed journals. He is widely travelled and has made many presentations in scientific conferences internationally. His hobbies include poetry, swimming and playing the piano.

Research Area

Uche’s interest is in Clinical Epidemiology and Primary Health Care and he has published extensively on Insulin use in Type 2 diabetes.
