Nishat Fatema(Abstract)
Megacystis microcolon intestinal hypoperistalsis syndrome (MMIHS) is an unusual disorder characterized by a distended non-obstructed bladder, microcolon, and decreased intestinal motility. MMIHS is a rare condition and, to our knowledge, not more than 150 cases have been reported over the past 10 years. rnHere we present a 34-year-old gravida 3, para 2 woman with fetal, bilateral hydronephrosis and greatly distended bladder and mild polyhydramnios, detected during a prenatal ultrasound. Based on the USG findings, MMIHS was suspected.rnA female infant was born at 34 weeks of gestation by an emergency caesarean section because of breech during labour. The neonate weighed 4.2 kg with an Apgar score of 4 in 1 min and 6 in 5 min. Physical examination showed a distended abdomen and bladder, as well as bilateral palpated enlarged kidneys. Abdominal x-ray showed a dilated stomach and minimal gas in the distal bowel segments. Abdominal ultrasound imaging showed dilated stomach with distal duodenal atresia. Fluoroscopy gastrografin revealed narrow bowel loops and jejunal malrotation at the right side. USG KUB showed distended urinary bladder, bilaterally enlarged kidneys, with tortuous and dilated ureter. A vesicostomy was performed to facilitate the drainage of urine. Ganglion cells were detected following rectal biopsy and female karyotype (46,XX) was confirmed by chromosomal analysis. The diagnosis of MMIHS was confirmed. The parents refused to give consent for any surgical correction. At the time of this report, the child was 2-months-old and had normal physical and neurological development, but total parenteral nutrition has been required.rn

Mai Al-saqaaby(Abstract)
Multiple sclerosis (MS) is a chronic demyelinating disorder of the central nervous system. Relapsing-Remitting MS (RRMS) is the most common type of MS that accounts for 90% of all cases. Recent evidence suggests medium to high prevalence in Saudi Arabia nearby 40 cases per 100,000 individuals. The mean age at onset in Saudi population is 25 years old. Increasing the burden of disease management and high cost of disease-modifying drugs (DMDs) designate a necessity of conducting Pharmacoeconomic studies to determine the long-term effectiveness of DMDs especially new oral agents. To assess the cost-effectiveness of fingolimod, teriflunomide and dimethyl fumarate (DMF) versus Interferon-beta 1a (IFN) formulations including Avonex and Rebif from a tertiary care hospital perspective in Saudi Arabia (King Faisal Specialist Hospital & Research Center, KFSH&RC).

Abhijeet P Sinha(Abstract)
A coach is a person, often trained, or sometimes untrained, who is knowledgeable and involved in the direction, instruction and training of the operations of a sports team or of individual sports people. A coach oversees the entire operations of the team especially in the field of engagement. He may also involve himself in the private or off-pitch welfare and lives of his subordinates, especially when such intrusions bear heavily on the performance and well-being of the athlete or player. A coach may also be a teacher. Coaching also applies to disciplines other than sports. Almost everyone needs, or had had a coach at one time or another for different applications. Organizations have had need of physical, mental and motivational coaches at one time or another, which has proven to be of immeasurable value to the growth and success and even expansion of the enterprise.
