Biography

“Dr. Justo García Sanz-Calcedo, PhD, is Professor in University of Extremadura (Spain) and an expert in Healthcare Engineering. He is Master in Healthcare Management from the Autonomous University of Madrid, Master in Prevention of Occupational Hazards, Master in Renewable Energies and Graduate of the Higher Management Program of IESE (University of Pamplona). Experienced in the private and public sectors, including high technical responsibility in the healthcare engineering field. He has worked on numerous hospitals and healthcare centres projects (more than 250, managing more than 425 million €). He has more than 100 relevant publications related with healthcare buildings. Since 1993 is member of Spanish Association of Healthcare Engineering”.
