Biography
Dr. Hamadard is currently the director of National Program on Control AIDS, Hepatitis and STI in Ministry of Public Health. He is a medical doctor and obtained his Master of Science in International Health from Heidelberg University in Germany. He is field epidemioilogist and completed his fellowship in epidemiology from CDC Atalanta. He is certified in harm reduction among key population (prevention of HIV and AIDS) by Global Harm Reduction Academy. He has also completed two other fellowships in Nutrition of People Living with HIV and AIDS from Wageningen Universit in Neitherlands and in Health Research from Civil Research and Development Foundation (CRDF) in USA. He is an established reviewer from Athen’s Peer Reviewed Journal of Public Health and Journal of Gobal Health Care Systems. His academic background includes teachning in Medical Universities and Public Health Institutes. He has lead many researches on HIV, health system and reproductive health at national and global level.

He has 16 years of professional experience in health system strengthening, technical advisory, health leadership, international consulting and control of epidemics i. e Polio, HIV, Hepatitis and STI.
